Community Teams

Connecting people with gospel relationships that lead to authentic life transformation is Outpost's aim. Community teams are essential to the health of relationships inside the church because it is there that we are known, loved, cared for, and challenged to become more like Christ in our communities.

At Outpost, community teams are closed groups, that gather weekly to share with one another how they were moved towards Christ, moved away from Christ, and helped move others towards Christ that past week.

Next Steps

Once you have finished all the previous steps of membership, the shepherding team will assign a community team leader who will walk you and your team through the launch curriculum.

Ashley Scott

"For me, community has been the missing piece of a very long and complex puzzle of trying to figure out how to be a part of the body of Christ and how to further my relationship with Jesus. In one word it's a game-changer."

Kate Monfeldt

"One of my biggest areas of growth is through community and learning how to navigate relationships, love others, deal with conflict, and press into hard issues. I read the Bible differently because I want to follow it and use it to help others follow it."

Christine Ferland

"In the last 2 years, I can say the biggest blessing has been community. When I say community I mean accountability, fellowship, and confession. Being known and being loved."
