The term "elder" in the New Testament is a word that is synonymous with being an overseer. At Outpost, our Elders oversee the health of the body and lead with strategy and vision. They have charged our staff with handling the day-to-day operations of the church, equipping the members of Outpost, and empowering them to use their gifts. Our goal here at Outpost to is collectively help everyone follow Jesus.
